Virtual Sysop score link between bbs systems?

This would probably be more of a question to Tom @ ASR but I remember there being some network module where scores from individual BBS systems were calculated to provide overall ranks between the actual systems instead of the individual players. Did ASR make that or did Mr. Faulkner create that piece too?
