BBS Menu Editor. Creates ASCII, ANSI, ANSI+IBM Graphics, RipScrip, NAPLPS and dBASE menus
from a common interface. Run from DOS prompt or in a DOs window. Written for use with TBBS /
TDBS systems but works with other BBS software and can be used to create menu interfaces for other
applications. Original software (c)1991-1995 Randy M. Harris, distributed by Pete White / GW
Asscociates. Full commercial version, .ZIP'ed and uploaded by author.
